Enjoy this beautiful house with spacious and integrated environments, designed and decorated in a beach style. It is very well located in downtown Xangri-lá and close to all the beach's resources. It has been renovated with great affection to receive you in the best possible way so that you feel well welcomed. The space The house was designed to better serve its vacationers within an open and cozy concept with integration of environments, uniting the main house, the pool, the deck, as well as the kiosk, so that everyone can enjoy the good times during their stay. The property is very well located, on a corner, with a beautiful neighborhood, close to all the resources of downtown Xangri-lá and just 300 meters from the beach, with a walk between beautiful houses and gardens in the region. It has a heated pool and a very cozy wooden deck for sunbathing and a good chimarrão. Beautiful pergola with hammock to enjoy the late afternoon in good company. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed, plus 01 bedroom with 02 single beds and 01 extra mattress. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms in the house plus 01 bathroom in the kiosk, living and dining room, balcony with hammock and chairs for chimarrão, kitchen with frosfree duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, water purifier, blender, and a good countertop and counter space for preparing meals and/or quick meals. The space has a beautiful kiosk with a barbecue, bar counter, card/poker table, Italian 5-pin billiard table, carom style (not snooker), arcade games and old video games, vertical freezer, frosfree duplex refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sound system and all decorated in a "bar" style with pictures, phrases and ornaments. Super cozy atmosphere for you to enjoy as if you were in a "good bar" with your friends and family. It also has a large laundry room with a sink and washing machine, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, various materials, arm buoy for children that is mandatory to use due to the pool, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the tenants. On the beach, you can enjoy the daily games that almost always take place and the kiosks where they offer cold drinks, coconut water for their customers, fried fish, among others. (Open in high season) Anyway, the house is for family use, and we rent it out for some periods in the summer. The pool season is from November to March. For the pool water to heat up, there must be sun and a temperature above 26°, as the system is with a solar panel, and it is essential that there is sun. We are not providing bed linens, sheets and towels. It is the guest's mandatory duty to ensure the preservation and care of the property, as well as to collect all the garbage generated, separating dry and organic waste, discarding it in the trash can in front of the property for daily collection. Leaving dirty dishes, pots, skewers and utensils is not allowed. All kitchen utensils must be washed and stored in their respective places. Beach chairs must be washed after returning from the sea. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THIS PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IN THE INDOOR AREA. The gas is supplied with a P13 cylinder, if it runs out, a replacement must be requested from the beach supply network and will be refunded or settled at the time of check-out. Electricity and water are paid separately by the guest at check-out. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and consumption will be calculated at check-out.
