Sítio João 3:16 is approximately 2 km from the city center of Congonhal, located on the banks of BR-459, a place that is easy to access. The space From the house: The house is provided with an internal kitchen equipped with a wood stove, sink with countertop, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and a central table. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue area, sink with countertop and another central table, also has a tank. The rooms consist of 2 suites, that is: 2 rooms with 1 bathroom in each. One of them consists of: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and space for 1 additional mattress, and the other consists of 1 bunk bed. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed, a sofa and two armchairs. From the space around: It is a large space, with a large night lighting pool and whirlpool; it has “little beach” (shallowest part) for children. It also contains a fireplace or fire. The space around the house is grassy, filled with trees, varied plants and flowers, has good night lighting. It is a very cozy place that was thought to embrace those who are there. The house at first had the purpose of its own use, so it is filled with unique characteristics of our family, with special touches to become a second home.
