The house is located in the neighborhood of Interlagos, in São Paulo, two blocks from the Interlagos Autodrome (5 m walk), and two blocks from the Guarapiranga Dam. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, family friendly with quiet, tree-lined streets. Excellent for those who go to the events at the Autódromo and for companies seeking a space for training, workshops and lectures. The space There are 680m2 of useful area distributed in large and comfortable spaces, well lit and airy. The kitchen is super equipped to inspire you to create the best recipes that can be enjoyed in the pantry, or the dining room, or on the gourmet balcony, near the pool. In the garden we have some fruit trees like jabuticabeira and acerola, with room to play and play on the lawn. There is also a spa with a steam and dry sauna with two bathrooms that cater to the outside area. In addition to the charm of the house and the place, there are many restaurants on the edge of the Guarapiranga Dam, making it possible to go on bike rides and visit the Jacques Cousteau Park, 500 meters from here. For events at the Interlagos Racetrack it is perfect (5 min walk) for formula I, Lollapalooza, Stock Car, The Town and others.
