Only it can be done before 14h if the apartment is ready and without overview expected in the morning. The exit of the local will be directly to the hostel between 7h and 12h. It can occur after 12h if there is no entry in the place expected the same day. Other things to note Intern Settlement : 1. The maximum number of tenants is the number indicated when you do the reservation. It will not be allowed entry of other person, except previous agreement by message on Airbnb site. 2. Switch off the climatisation, the television, and the lights when you leave the hostel. A tax can be exiged in case of excessive utilisation. 3. Switch off the gas when you don´t cook. 4. Don´t make double of the keys. 5. Minimum of noise after 22h. To avoid neighboor problems, the parties and events are forbidden, except previous agreement by message on Airbnb site. 6. If during the stay, a problem (an infiltration, a problem of gas, problem of Internet, etc.) happens, the tenant will have to permit the access to the apartment. 7. Sheets and towels are provided. It isn´t allowed to carry the towels outside of the flat. 8. It is asked to wash the feets after the beach and to be dried before the entry in the apartment. 9. When you leave, it is exiged to let the place in the same conditions than when you arrived. 10. The prudence is fixed to R$1000,00. It will be debited from your account only if I do a complaint to Airbnb in maximum 48h after the check-out. In the contrary case, you will not be debited of the prudence amount.
