It´s a private, unexpensive and quiet micro-house for one, perfectly located in the heart of São Caetano do Sul, ideal for moving home or travellers: bedroom, kitchen with fridge, ministove, sink, small tables, full bathroom and small porch with hammock and laundry sink. [Important to read "WARNING" below before booking!] The space WARNING (read before booking): The purpose of this accommodation is to provide a complete and private accommodation very well located in the center of São Caetano at the lowest possible price. For this reason, it is a very small space and without excess items, so that it accommodates only one person, and is already at the lowest cost I could set. Before booking, it is recommended that the guest see the photos and their description to think if they miss any household items. If you have doubts about what you will have or won't have in the house, please send a message before booking. Monthly bookings are allowed, and the discount offered is 10% of the total amount per full month booked. There is no refund for cancellations after check-in. Even if unused, reserved days will be charged in full. I insist that, before booking, calculate your schedule, check more than once what is described in this ad, ask questions via chat, and if you still don't know if the accommodation suits you or not, try to arrange a prior visit. Although most guests are satisfied even for stays of months, it is an accommodation that prioritizes the functional and the private (and consequently the economic), not the surplus or comfort. If you need more space, more household items and more resources, it's best to look for a more expensive hosting. The current guest has priority over the new guest if he intends to extend his stay. It is expected that the person who makes the reservation here on the platform is the same person who stays in the house, but it is understandable that, sometimes, the person who will stay in the house does not know how to use the platform or does not have a supported payment method, and ends up asking for a third party to book for him. So, if you are booking the stay for someone else, please notify us before doing so, passing the details of who will be staying, here in the chat. For the sake of organization, security and loyalty to the platform, all questions must be answered through the Airbnb chat, until the moment of booking confirmation. Do not book outside Airbnb (whether through real estate or informally, regardless of duration), please do not insist. Items in the house: single bed and mattress (D33 foam, individually pocketed springs, supports up to 95 kg), a parahyba blanket, two warm blankets and two sheets, two pairs of face and bath towels, a simple office chair, an adjustable three-shelft bench, coat rack, fan, rug, meal and general use counter, kitchen sink, drainer, cutlery, crockery and accessories, shelves, table stove with one burner, minifridge, two stools, foldable minitable, complete bathroom with shelf, shower rod (the guest can buy a shower curtain in nearby stores), hair dryer, hygiene kits, laundry sink, portable mini clothesline, bungee cords, clothespins, broom, squeegee, trash shovel, cleaning and sanitizing material. Please check that the items listed above are in the house on the day of arrival, as at the end of the reservation, if any of them are missing you can be charged. There´s no parking space in the property, but next door there is a paid and covered 24-hour parking lot, in addition to many others in the region. The ministove is portable and efficient, great for casual use throughout the day, but I do not recommend using it for long cooking (like beans), as it is powered by cartridges and not by canisters. I provide the guest with a cartridge per week included in the reservation cost, but he can buy additional ones if he needs to (the label is "Campgás"). Housekeeping tasks (sweeping the house or the yard, taking out the garbage, receiving deliveries, washing bedding and towels, etc.) are the responsibility of the guest, once accommodated. Please return the vacuum bag (where I leave bed linen at the beginning of the stay) undamaged at the end of the stay. The cost of normal consumption of water, electricity and internet are included in the daily rate. If the guest exceeds the usage and generates expenses much higher than normal, the host may request compensation through the Airbnb Resolution Center. We ask a special care regarding silence and decorum in general throughout the stay, in respect for the privacy and comfort of other neighbors. Any damage/loss will be charged for the value of the product or repair service.
