EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THE RED DOOR COTTAGE IS ACCEPTING LONG TERM STAYS ONLY. We can accommodate guests who wish to stay 30 days or longer. Seal Rock is small village on HWY 101 just south of Newport. The Red Door Cottage is a stand alone house with a front and rear private entrance just 500 steps from the State Park and 600 to ocean's edge. Equipped with free Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and a lovely back deck. Pets are not allowed. Four persons max. The space Two lots 50X100, one of these lots is empty an d wooded, large back yard with lawn and trees. We can accommodate guests who wish to stay 30 days or longer. This revised policy is to be in compliance with new legislation that affects STRs in unincorporated Lincoln County. During the past 7 years, we have hosted more than 1,500 guests and have garnered more that 450 5-star reviews. Not a single neighbor in our area has complained. We have been blessed. Perhaps, someday, we can return to an STR status, but for the indefinite future, we can only accommodate stays of 30 days or longer. Thanks for your understanding.
