Full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and basic utensils). The double bed is on the mezzanine with access via stairs. Swimming pool and barbecue in the collective courtyard. 1 parking space. Located in a quiet area. We are close to the beaches: Sepultura, Lagoinha and Retiro dos Padres (5 min walk). And about a 15-minute walk from downtown Bombinhas. The space The chalet has a beautiful view of the sea and pool, balcony with private jacuzzi, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and basic utensils (toaster, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery), mezzanine with a double mattress, bathroom with shower overlooking the sea, living/dining room with sofa bed and counter-shaped table, for 2 people and small balcony. We have Wi-Fi (beach level, may oscillate) and air conditioning. The apartment overlooks the pool and sea in front and in the back a beautiful view of the green area of native forest, the chalet is simple, rustic, very beachy, exactly as in the photos. We have a large green area, swimming pool, barbecue grills and parking for 1 car per apartment (all for shared use with the other apartments we have on the property). We are very close to the beaches of Lagoinha, Sepultura and Retiro do Padres (5-minute walk) and the Center (bars/restaurants/Praia grande 15-minute walk). The property is surrounded by a patio and nature, many trees. There may be insects or spiders occasionally, especially in the patio.
