Bungalow in Sayulita

Casa Kukana has 2 bungalows which is perfect for groups. The Moroccan Bungalow sleeps 6 with three master suites over looking the ocean and Jungle. The English County Bungalow sleeps 2 adults and a child. Separated by private tropical gardens! So in total it will sleep 9 people. Let me know if you want to book it and if you have any questions. You have the whole property to yourselves, which is 2 1/2 acres of gardens, and views of the world. It is a 6 to 8-minute walk along the road into town. If you don't like to walk then I suggest you rent a golf cart which is very reasonable now, around $25 USD. I can set it up for you before you get here. Everyone loves them and it is great as you can get to the beach in a few minutes and into the center of town. Especially nice at night when you want to go out for dinner and shopping and don't want to walk home. Moroccan Bungalow is perfect for three couples. It is a very comfortable and spacious bungalow with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upstairs has two bedrooms with Kings size bed with an ensuite bath with a very large with double sinks, double showerheads. One of the bathrooms upstairs has an amazing view of looking out onto the ocean. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining room, large built-in couch, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Wrapped around the front of the bungalow is also a large deck where you can sit and relax. There is an apple T.V. and DVD player upstairs as well. The Moroccan downstairs bedroom and the bath suite are completely separate from the upstairs area...there is a King size bed in this bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a shower. There is now a whole new terrace with a large built-in couch, and table and chairs. The bathroom was totally redone with all new tile and it has an amazing ocean view. The King size bed has a large mosquito net over it as well. It is nice as now you can spend time downstairs on the terrace versus being in the upstairs of the Moroccan, and have your own private area. The downstairs suite is also Air-conditioned. The King size bed can be divided into two twin beds as well. The English Country Bungalow is a lovely one-bedroom bungalow with a Matrimonial size bed. There is a dining area, a large built-in couch (large enough for one person to sleep on), and a spacious bathroom with a rock waterfall that flows into the tub. It also has a smart TV. It has a kitchen which includes a medium size fridge, toaster oven, two-burner gas stove, coffee maker, blender (for those margaritas) and pots and pans, dishes and everything else you need for cooking your meals if you so choose. There is a terrace for the English Country which is a great place to go and have your morning coffee and has a lovely view of the ocean and gardens. The English Country also has A/C. There is a lovely pool as well, with a Bali Bungalow on the grass platform, where you can sit and relax. (click on photos to open it up to see pictures of the bungalows, etc.) It is a great place to relax and read a book or to work on your computer. There are lawn chairs and umbrellas on the grass platform, next to the pool to relax on and look at the sea and the town of Sayulita... It is a five to eight-minute walk to town and the local beaches...and if you want privacy you can walk back towards the jungle from my place to Playa de Los Muerto's a great beach for swimming, or a 10-minute walk to Carricitos which is a totally incredible place to spend the day....big pools in the rocks to swim in and if you want to sunbathe it is a totally hidden and secluded beach. It is the beach that we always swim at, and we have lived here for a long time...If you do not like to walk or exercise I suggest that you rent a car or a golf cart. If you are into surfing Sayulita is great for beginners and intermediate... but there are lots of great surf spots nearby that we can arrange for you to go for all levels of surfing. There are great Jungle walks and you can go on and you can rent bikes as well. There is also an arrangement of jungle tours for those adventurers. Sayulita now has many more new restaurants to choose from, your local little taco stands to Argentinian food, Chinese food, Italian food, sushi bar, Vegetarian restaurant and Don Pedro's which is a five star restaurant for that night when you want to take your partner out to eat something (URL HIDDEN) is a very beautiful restaurant on the ocean under a large palapa and very romantic. You can see our "Buddha Spa" which is located at the back of our Buddha Gallery overlooking the sea as well. Other things to note If you don't like to walk then you can rent a Golf Cart. It is about $40 per day. Also, I can arrange for your pick up from the airport. Disclosure: Sayulita is a small village with limited services. There may be times when we have no water, no electricity and no internet. This is mostly an issue during the summer rains but can happen anytime of year. We do our best to solution every issue but it is out of our control.
