NO ASSISTANCE ANIMALS OR ESA DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERN: Our guests are NOT allowed to bring animals to our listing, as it is not animal friendly due to our listing including shared space among guests that an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard (e.g. allergies or safety concerns). A $150 fee will be applied if a scent is detected from MARIJUANA, cigarettes, OR vaping devices. Housekeeping reports of a marijuana or cigarette smell will result in a $150 CHARGE and a NEGATIVE review on your airbnb account. Smoking marijuana outside in a private residence is LEGAL in California. Therefore we request that our guests smoke outside. Vaping and smoking causes a smell that dissipates and DISTURBS other guests. For this reason we charge a fee to violators that are not considerate of our house rules.
