Urban-style suite with Fiber Wi-Fi walking distance of 4 music venues. Crawling distance from Fitzgerald's music venues. 2 blocks from Autre Monde and other restarnats/stores. 3 blocks to the CTA Blue line & 6 blks CTA Green/Pink line. Close to parks, pools, the zoo, and Thatcher woods/river. Many amenities, including a unique landscape, a fire pit, a furnished patio, kool artwork, smoker, grills, two furnaces and more. Must be 25 years or older to book. Only get togethers - no parties! The space If you are looking for a cozy place with quality comfortable beds and a large L sectional, kitchen amenities, smart tv's, a great back and side yard for entertaining (With an outdoor bar and furniture), a Zen garden for meditating or relaxing by the fire pit. During the warm months live music is played 6 nights per week right next door and two additional venues are within 3 blocks. The music from Fitzgerald's can be heard from the back yard/patio. Chicago downtown is a 20-minute drive or Uber ride and 15 minutes from Chicago's hottest area, "The West Loop." Get togethers are welcome but parties are not allowed. Guest access Industrial sized laundry machines are available weekly (for no cost, based on availabilty). We also have bicycles and locks for use, coupled with street parking (we will provide parking passes for our "zoned area)." There are two parking spaces for up to two cars in the rear for a small fee. It's a bit narrow, need to back in, we could fit mini-vans and pickup trucks there. Two cars can be parked in tandem. Pls ask how to rent a space? Thx ;-) Other things to note With the city vibe, the weekend evenings could be noisy at times or so with the Music being close. The music ends @ 9 PM wk days and 10 PM Fri/Sat (Outdoors), then some days the music moves to the inside club and/or sidebar inside. There is some soundproofing. If you are a musician and want to play music, it's ok to play in and outside, respectably, electric instruments can only be played during the day and early evening. Sorry, NO PARTIES!
