The Garden Oasis is not your typical airbnb. It is a completely private, beautiful and cozy 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with off street parking and just a couple miles from the beach. Your unit is bright and spacious and there are no shared areas. Enjoy the patio table and chairs or the park across the street. Park your car around back, outside your door, safe and sound and easy to get in and out. The unit offers an easy self-check in and check out process. This is a bright and beautiful apartment surrounded by palm trees and with comfortable furniture and furnishings. It's in a quiet neighborhood, next to a public park where you can play Basketball, Volleyball in the sand, and Tennis. There is a Skateboard Park, Dog Park, Running Track, and a Golf Course on the other side of the street and it is located just a couple miles off the beach and the interstate as well. Your space comes with a 55" Smart TV and True High Speed Internet. Coffee bar with Kerig Coffee Kcups and everything you need to make your coffee just the way you like it. Your furnishings, bed, linens and decor are all great quality and have the feel of a nice hotel. Your bed is a King size gel top memory foam mattress and will allow you to rest comfortably so you can get back out there and explore. Emergency Number: 800-403-5766 Any issues, we have help for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Entrances: The unit has a rear and side entrance. The rear sliding glass door is locked you may access the unit through the screened in porch side entrance with combination entry door lock. Access code will be provided for your stay at check in time. All interior doors can be locked from the inside. There will not be anyone else in your unit or able to access your unit while you are visiting. In the side entrance there is an assortment of items to use outdoors such as beach towels, umbrella and cooler, to keep your drinks on ice. Laundry: In the side entryway there is a washer and dryer and some detergent to use if you need to clean your clothes or your gear while you are here. It is also a nice place to hang up your towels or other items wet from your time at the beach. Bathroom / Linens: The bathroom is private and stocked with the essentials you will need during your stay. There is a beautiful, large walk in tumbled marble shower with Pantene and Dove soap products for your use. If you forget anything, please let us know and we will see if we have what you are looking for. There are plush white towel sets and lots of extra towels inside the bathroom. Extra sheets are in the closet inside the bedroom. There is a hair dryer and some cleaning products under the sinks as well. A vacuum can be found inside the entry closet with more cleaning products. For early check in and at times linens may have to be put on by the guest. Please strip linens from the bed and place them inside the laundry room along with any towels or blankets that have been used. Kitchen: With a full size fridge and stove and microwave, you will have everything you need to make something to eat and all of the utensils and pots and pans and plates and silverware you may need during your stay. There are some cleaning products for the kitchen under the sink. Ice and blue ice packs for the cooler are inside the freezer for your use. Recycle bin is located under the sink. Coffee Bar: We have a Coffee bar with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee along with an assortment of Tea and the sweetners and creamer or milk that you may need. Make sure you have your coffee before heading on to your next destination. There is an assortment of kitchen appliances under the coffee bar and an assortment of glassware in the cabinets above the bar. Dining Area: There is a Dining Area that can seat up to 6 people and is within view of the kitchen and living room. Living Room: There is a new couch and love seat which can be used to sleep kids or extra guests. Linens for the couches and extra pillows are located in the bedroom closet. Bedroom: There is a new King Size Memory Foam / Tempurpedic mattress and there are outlets - usb power ports on the side tables for your phone or laptops. You will find the iron and ironing board inside the closet as well. The linens and pillows are all new and all have protective covers under your linens. For your comfort there is a set of more firm foam pillows along with a set of softer pillows that are also new. Linens, Pillows, Covers, and Towels are all replaced regularly. Come and enjoy some rest, but get back out there and explore as soon as you can!!!! Enjoy our little Oasis. This is the place where eclectic meets refined. It is what our eco tourists crave. I am usually very busy at work during the week, however evenings and weekends I am usually around. Sometimes I am available for drinks or to take a trip into town to some popular restaurants and bars. Sundays I like to spend time out on the water, at the beach, or watching football with friends. I can be around when you like or it may seem I am not around at all if you just wish to be enjoying your time alone. I am available by phone or text anytime. Text or on whatsapp is a great way to get a hold of me if you cannot reach me by phone. I have an emergency number as well where you can always get help with anything you might need. This is a great neighborhood for enjoying the area beaches and the parks and preserves nearby. unfortunately our Golf Course closed during Covid, but tennis, basketball, volleyball, skateboard park, kids water park, running track, and picnic area are still all open across the street. Close by is the beach area of Apollo Beach. There is no swimming at that location due to strong currents but you can get into the water a little. There are some really nice beaches close by in Sarasota County within a half hour of the property. The Manatee viewing center is close by as well which is a great place to take a moment to see the protected Manatee or "Sea Cow," a mammal that loves this area of our state to mate and enjoy the warm waters. Most people in the neighborhood have boats and/or mobile homes and it is a real mix of people that are retired and also working folks like myself. The neighbors next door have a pool close to this unit so often they are enjoying time at their pool, but generally this area is pretty quiet especially after dark. The park across the street has lighting that goes out at night and this propery has outside lights on a timer as well, which are on from sunset to sunrise so you may safely come and go. This is mostly an area served by personal automobile. There are bicycle lanes, busses that go up and down State Road 41, close by, and there is service from Uber and Lyft. Just notify the driver to pull into the driveway and the entrance is around back. There is a residence above the unit and a newer RV / mobile home stored at the rear of the property that I sometimes use for work or play. The house and area are usually very quiet. The reviews we get are always very good and that really makes us happy to know people are enjoying their stay.
