All You Need and More

Vintage home with an eclectic touch of modern in a quiet family neighborhood on a tree lined block; very close to forest preserves, shopping, public transportation, and easy access to many hospitals (for medical students), Chicago, Forest Park, Oak Park, and O'Hare. Home will be shared with a married m/f couple (owners) and permanent female renter. There are 3 rooms total available in our home through Airbnb through separate listings. Generally, two bedrooms per bathroom. The space The private room has a pass code lock on the door and is small but more than efficient. 40" TV with almost all of the cable channels (including premium), OnDemand, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Chromecast (for mirroring your personal device). Decorated with students or business travelers in mind but nice and comfortable for anyone! Full size memory foam mattress; Blackout curtains; desk with extremely comfortable office chair; full length mirrors, and storage space (shelving, drawers on bed, and closet). This room also has a mini-fridge with freezer for guests. Room is steps away from the bathroom, which is mainly only used by one other person (who is rarely home). Access is limited to first-floor common areas and reasonable access to laundry is available for guests after staying 8 days. Guests must see host(s) before using laundry and are responsible for their own laundry supplies. It should be easy for you to make yourself at home! Guest access Guest MUST coordinate check-in time with us. We MUST be available for check-in. We do not offer self check-in. Keycodes for doors are for guests only and are to be kept private. Keycodes are only active for the time of paid reservations and will automatically deactivate. We reserve the right to deactivate key codes for breaking our rules, especially those that compromise the safety of our home,those residing, and even our neighbors. Guests are welcome to reasonable use of sunroom and recliners, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Street parking is limited to 5 days per month, though we do have an additional parking option for 1 standard passenger vehicle, per room, for longers stays. Please contact us prior to booking if you will need parking for longer so we can coordinate shared parking on our property. We are open to chatting with guest and giving recommendations or information on Chicagoland but I do work a lot so sometimes it may just be a simple good morning 😀 in passing. Permanent renter works in hospitality so she's full of information about Chicagoland. The best way to reach us is through the Airbnb app so both host and co-host have access to assist.
