Parking for 5 cars, terrace, palapa. Billiards and cable TV. Smart TV in every room. A place to spend unforgettable days with friends and family. Pet-friendly. We are more expensive than other houses but the quality of our house, decoration, billiards and facilities are worth it. Only for families. We DO NOT ACCEPT groups of young people. Pool heating and air conditioning in the house cost $800 per night. In spring-summer we reach temperatures of up to 32 degrees and in autumn-winter of 28 or 29 degrees which is the average temperature in sports clubs and hotel pools. Guest access The subdivision has a clubhouse with tennis courts that can be accessed by reservation, as well as gardens and children's games. Likewise, the subdivision has a store where you can buy without having to go to the village. We can contact a lady from the village who cooks tacos very well and even has a quesadilla stand in the house. We highly recommend it. We can also contact someone for service. Other things to note This house is the product of a lot of effort from our entire family. We always prefer our guests to be families or groups of people who can take responsibility for caring for our property during their stay. A guest wrote a comment that the house should be left with the bathrooms washed and that is a mistake, the house is delivered as it is for normal weekend use. We only ask that you do not leave any dirty dishes in the kitchen. To use the pool table, a security deposit of $3,000 must be left for possible damage to the cloth. This is returned at the end of the reservation, and it is optional. If you do not want to use the pool table, it is not opened and there is no problem. The pool heating costs $800 per night and is also optional.
