The place is familiar. I live with my husband and our cockatiels. Our rooms are spacious and well ventilated. We are in the eastern part of Londrina, the place is safe and quiet. Parking is on the street with little movement and with video surveillance. We are three blocks from the main Avenue of the Antares Neighborhood, 5 minutes by car from downtown, Airport, Boulevard Shopping and Hospital Universitário de Londrina (HU), UniCesumar and 20 minutes by car to UEL and Pitágoras Unopar (south zone). The space The space is large, well ventilated, very quiet. We have a living room, kitchen and laundry room that are shared among the guests. We have 350 Mb fiber internet (as long as your technology interprets this speed). Guest access The transfer on foot from the Bus Station and Airport is around 15 to 20 minutes on foot, depending on the pace. During your stay We are always at home to help you, and when possible, we get together for meals. The host is an English speaker, and we love to receive people from all around the world! Check-in and checkout are flexible. We provide a schedule because the platform requests it. We do not offer personal hygiene products (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, among others), only bath and face towels. We have a SPA with heated water to relax in an outdoor, uncovered area.
