VIZIO smart TV CLEANING THE ACCOMMODATIONS BASED ON AIRBNB GUIDELINES The space The suite is approximately 400 square feet with nine-foot ceilings, and a wall of floor to ceiling windows, so it feels very spacious. There is plenty of room to do exercise. The bathroom is large with two pedestal sinks, 2 cabinets for your personal items and the large tiled shower has twin rain showers and a corner where you can sit while showering. Bedding is luxurious 1200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, cotton blankets, and down comforter. ( down alternative comforter available upon request) We are minutes from interstate 65, exit 172 -State Road 26 east, one hour from downtown Indianapolis and one hour, fifteen minutes from Indianapolis International Airport. Purdue is a short 20 minute drive and we are 3 minutes from IU Hospital and Medical Office Building. Franciscan Hospital is 10 minutes drive. The suite has a PRIVATE ENTRANCE FOR YOU ONLY and parking is in our driveway. Faith Church Campus is 3 minutes away; Subaru, Caterpillar, Arconic, GE Aviation, Nansham, and numerous other large companies are each a 10-15 minute drive. All the typical franchise restaurants are just minutes from our place. Meijer is a handy 1 mile away and open 24 hours. If you are a Starbucks fan, you are in luck.....it is located across the street from Cracker Barrel at the intersection of I-65 and SR 26 East. Guest access PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO COME AND GO AS YOU LIKE, plus large deck with lounge, tables, chairs and umbrellas, weather permitting. Off-street parking in space designated for Airbnb guests. Other things to note The suite is not suitable or safe for young children under age 12. (Available upon request) Electrical outlets are plentiful. TV in suite has Roku for hi-speed streaming and also plays DVD’s; we provide a nice selection of DVD’s or you may bring your own. Be sure to have your login information so you can access your favorite streaming stations. Two charging cords for iPhone/iPads are provided. Bottled water and snacks are provided upon arrival. Note: there is no kitchen but there is a microwave and mini fridge in the suite. Parking is in the driveway just a few steps from the entrance to your suite.
