A&M Sunlit Retreat w/ rockwall, loftnet & minigolf

A&M's Sunlit Retreat is a spacious entertainment oasis, located only a few minutes from Texas A&M. This house is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay. It is flushed inside and out with entertainment, lounging and games. Our sunroom has a climbing wall up to a loft net and cozy loft that is sure to make your stay extra unique. We have a relaxing backyard and covered patio that's perfect for gathering around the fire, grilling, and reconnecting with family and friends. The space We took a hiatus for a few years to update our house and are excited to share it with you once again. For your safety, security cameras are outside the house. Our backyard is very relaxing and has plenty of space to play. We have a trampoline, mini golf course, ninja course, and darts. We have a covered patio with lights and fans, grill, mini fridge and fire pit. We live on a quiet cul-de sac for kids to play in. We have a basketball goal, tetherball, bikes and lots of throwing toys. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house except locked areas such as our closet and shed. Other things to note As previously noted, our loft net and rock climbing wall are 10 feet in the air. If you have young kids, or this makes you nervous-we can remove the rock holds so it is inaccessible. We ask that you always use caution when climbing and always supervise your kids when playing up there. We also have fish, a few crested geckos, a snake, and a bearded dragon. They are in cages that lock and are super cute to look at. Like the photos suggest-we have a few options for beds and can set the house up however will serve you best, so just let us know. We have a pack n play, a foam mattress (full), and queen air mattress too. Permit number: STR2025-000032
