Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval. The space Kids are more than welcome; we have a great back yard to play! The TV in the living room is a smart TV so feel free to connect to your favorite streaming device. Other things to note -For parking, there is room on top left of the driveway for parking. Please do not block our garage doors :) -To open the lock box, there is a black button above the number 2 that you can pushed in once the code set. The cover will pop open the keys will be inside. -if you plan to be gone all day, we would appreciate it if lights, AC/heating were turned off to conserve energy
