I am excited to host individuals from all over the world and help them explore Ecuador. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Located 15 minutes away from the Airport, you could find Shopping Centers, Cinemas, Hospitals and the main commercial and financial area of Guayaquil in the surroundings. This is the perfect and safe place to spend a few days in Guayaquil. The space Furnished suite with a small kitchen bar. It is equipped with a full size bed, nightstand, large closet, microwave, small refrigerator. It has a living room with a center table and couch. The suite also has a full bathroom. If necessary we can provide a folding cot bed for an extra guest. Guest access The guest can have access to the garage for an additional cost ($10 dollars daily). Other things to note The neighborhood is safe and has 24 hour security. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. This is a family oriented neighborhood.
