Studio Mar

Full studio for 2 people. Double bed, sink countertop, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and refrigerator. There's no stove. We do not provide bed and bath linens. We live next door and only share the car entrance gate. The space is independent and private. The space The Studio is in the Itaguá neighborhood, where you will find the best restaurants, bars and shops in the city. 50 meters from the Tamar Project, 200 meters from the beachfront, from where schooner and speedboat tours to the islands depart, and a 15-minute walk from the Ubatuba Mall and the Ferris Wheel. Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric coffee maker, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs. We offer pillows, dish cloth, toilet paper, detergent and sponge. Bed linens are the guest's responsibility. Check-in can be done between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. We just need an arrival forecast. Check-out must be completed before noon (12:00 p.m.). If available, we offer early check-in from 8:00 a.m. and/or extended check-out until 6:00 p.m. for an extra fee of R$80.00. We request to respect the law of silence after 10 p.m. Any damage shall be reported and resolved between the parties. It is not allowed to smoke, barbecue, receive visitors. No pets allowed. Respect nature! Guest access Your car can be stored in the indoor area of the gate that is right in front of the Studio. Guests receive a remote control for the automatic gate and must return it along with the key upon checkout. Other things to note We do not provide linens and bath linens. No smoking is allowed. We do not accept pets.
