While this beach cottage is a peaceful retreat in and of itself, there are a lot of exciting things to do just outside the door when you’re in need of a little fun! Hidden Dunes resort has a very impressive tennis center with clay courts, a basketball court, a horseshoe court, walking paths with water features and deeded access to one of the longest stretches of beach in all the area. Moreover, beyond the gates and even within walking distance lies Silver Sands Factory Stores, dozens of restaurants, supermarkets and beach shops. Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation. 1 PARKING SPACE PROVIDED! Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
