SUPER COZY HOUSE😍😀

The house is in the condominium Verão Vermelho, Unamar, Cabo Frio. We have a great gourmet area with a beautiful pool. The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀 The space We have a bakery 50 meters from the house and the condominium beach is 150 meters away 😍 Guest access The laundry room will not be available for less than 5 nights (as I keep my belongings in it), We do not provide bath towels The sauna and whirlpool are not working, due to misuse we were forced to disable them 😢 Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The daily rate is the initial rate, as the number of guests increases, the rate changes. It is mandatory to enter the exact number of guests, as this changes the daily rate. The house has 3 bedrooms with 3 full beds, 1 bed in each bedroom. In the living room, there are 2 sofa beds, where 4 people can sleep, and there is a double mattress to put in any bedroom or living room (if the family is larger). ****NO VISITORS and no smoking inside the house From 2 pets, there is an extra fee of 150 for the stay
