If you, like me, have allergies or asthma, this house will be very comfortable. Everything is brand new! This listing is ONE bedroom in a three bedroom home. The home is a fully dedicated Airbnb space IT IS SHARED. There are/may be other guests in the OTHER bedrooms. The bedrooms are private. Your bedroom is private but the common spaces (living room, kitchen area, outdoor area) are shared. THE BATHROOM IS SHARED. PLEASE be respectful of the other guests. MUSIC other than the use of earbuds/headphones is prohibited. SPEAKERPHONE IS PROHIBITED. PLEASE do not use this as a crash pad for hook ups or sex. :) The other guest will hear you and that isn't fair. Our super host status and glowing reviews speak for themselves. If you think you might be high-maintenance, will ding us on accuracy because your GPS didnt work, you didn't read the house manual, or will give us a less than stellar review for a five star stay, PLEASE consider booking elsewhere. Thank you in advance. Guest access When staying in the writers room, you'll have access to the shared bathroom, full kitchen, and all common spaces. There is a LARGE terraced backyard. Bask in the sun and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. During your stay We live off-site but VERY close. If you need anything, let us know. We'd love to accommodate your reasonable requests. if anything at anytime during your stay occurs that is NOT covered in the HouseRules, please contact us to remedy something unforeseen ASAP. Other things to note The terraced backyard, is craggy and NOT safe for children unsupervised. PLEASE watch your step out back. Laundry use is for guests staying a week or more.
