Two large desks for home office, good wifi. Gardener and expenses included. We are changing the armchairs downstairs for bigger and newer ones and the gallery table for a wider one!! The house is impeccable, ideal for spending New Year with the family!!! Guest access Ground floor: Living room, integrated kitchen, laundry room, gallery with grill, garden, pool, toilet with shower, desk. Upper floor: TV area with a new 3-meter-long sofa, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a half, impeccable mattresses, 1 bedroom with a single bed and mattress under the bed, 1 compartmentalized bathroom, with double sink, shower and bathtub. And another en-suite room, king size bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom. Other things to note Gas, electricity or speeding fines are the guest's responsibility (a 30% security deposit is left in cash, after the bills arrive the expenses are deducted and the deposit is returned).
