Ipanema Holiday Apt with Awesome View

An apartment with a spectacular view of Rio in a residential corner of Ipanema just 4 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the metro and Ipanema's commercial area. It has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge. There is also wi-fi, cable tv. The building has 24 hour security. Please note that the second bedroom and ensuite bathroom are internal with window from the bathroom into service area. But PLEASE NOTE: electricity is charged separately. (See Other Things to Note). The space This is a two bedroom apartment in a residential building in Ipanema. There is a fully equipped kithen, utility room with a washing machine, a master bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, and a second internal bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE that the rate is inclusive of everything except for electricity which is charged separately. Brazilian electricity prices are among the highest in the world (50% higher than the US average) and, to avoid having to increase our rates accordingly, we feel the fairest way is to keep it separate. We take a meter reading on check-in and on check-out and charge exactly the value per KW/h as charged by the energy company LIGHT. Air-conditioning units are what use the most energy, so we would encourage guests to switch the ones in this apartment off when they are out of the apartment. With normal use guests can expect to pay no more than R$20 (twenty Brazilian reals) per day in the summer. In the winter, we usually waive payment, since few guests need the a/c.
