Smoking is not allowed right from the house. Your Pet is very welcome, but pets are allowed inside the Jacuzzi. The condo prohibits pets in the sand and parties, especially from 10:00 pm. Any insistence of the tenant may lead to a fine. The house is very well cared for, we have a housekeeper who lives next door. The condo has 24 hour security. Note: The jacuzzi can not stay on for more than 2 hours. The Renter must take responsibility for the house and everything in it.
