Our place offers a quiet, beautiful, park-like setting. This space is completely separate with a Private Entrance. You will enjoy a private living room, kitchenette area ( NOT A KITCHEN FOR COOKING & CLEANING UP), bedroom, bathroom & outdoor Patio. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. NOTE: Owners live on property. NO Pets Allowed. The space - HDTV has YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime - Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available - Hot/Cold Water Dispenser - Small refrigerator/freezer - Microwave - Assortment of Instant Oatmeal, Cup O' Soups, Granola Bars, Microwave Popcorn, Fresh Fruits provided - Books to read, puzzles to assemble, games to play - Outdoor seating area for 4 is completely private with large wooded backyard Guest access Our house has a long paved driveway that you drive down and park in the spot on the left marked "Guest Parking" or you can park on the street as well. To get to the entrance of the B&B go to the front, right side of the house thru the fence/gate with the "WELCOME" sign. The gravel pathway takes you around to the back of the house with the covered patio where you will enter thru the Yellow Double Doors. Instructions for entry are posted on the door. At night, the pathway and the patio will be lit. There are printed instructions & info posted inside on the wall next to the privacy glass door. If we are home, we will come out to greet you. If not, make yourself at home! Other things to note We do not offer breakfast or access to our kitchen. There are many restaurants in Tualatin that offer breakfast and many coffee options like Starbucks & Dutch Brothers Coffee. 100's of beautiful wineries within 20-30 minutes of house. We can recommend many of our favorites We do not allow Pets on the property.
