"El Refugio" is a modern villa of 1200 sqm. During your stay you will stay in a spacious 165 sqm house, fresh and illuminated. From the rooms you will have direct access to the gardens and your private 40 sqm pool with internal lighting. In addition, the villa has a modern BarBQ area, sound system, TV, Wi-Fi and board games. If you are interested in adventure, our town is the ideal starting point to achieve your cycling challenge to Alto de Letras, or reach the summit of the Los Nevados PNN. The space The villa "El Refugio" has a space of 1200 sqm where 800 sqm are dedicated to the gardens of tropical ornamental plants and avocado, mangosteen, and lemon fruit trees. It also has a private pool with internal and external lighting of 40 sqm in surface area, and a variable depth of no more than 1.30 m, as well as a complete outdoor bathroom. Next to the main house there is a fully equipped BarBQ area with a semi-covered dining room. The villa also has vehicular and pedestrian access, and perimeter CCTV surveillance. The Big House Built in 2018, the main house of the villa is a space of 165 sqm and a modern design. Its height and construction materials, as well as the windows that surround the house, make it a fresh and illuminated space throughout the year. Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to the main house, the pool, the villa gardens, and the BarBQ area. All areas and services are private for the exclusive use of our guests, although in the gardens you can occasionally meet José, the concierge, who lives in the villa in a separate space from the main house. Other things to note During your stay, you will share the villa with our guard dogs (M & F), and if you are lucky, you will also meet other non-domesticated animals in the gardens, such as turtles, squirrels, and lizards.
