La Extraviada is our home in Mazunte. With a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the house is built on a hillside overlooking the quiet and majestic Mermejita Beach and is completely surrounded by nature, which makes it an exceptional refuge. It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants. The space With a contemporary architectural design in harmony with its natural surroundings, La Extraviada is beautifully decorated and has all the details to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Its common area is formed by a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, an interior patio and a large terrace with a 13.5m long pool that looks out to the sea and from where you can see the best sunsets. Each of its two bedrooms has sea view and has a King Size bed (one of them has the option to become two single beds), closet with safe, full bathroom with shower and hot water and a private terrace. Both have a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on all doors and wooden shutter windows. The house has two independent entrances, one at the top of the plot with two parking spaces and one pedestrian entrance at beach level. The roads from the village to the house are dirt roads and are in an acceptable state most of the year so it is not necessary to arrive in 4X4 vehicles, but for very low cars, the road can be complicated in some sections, specially during the rainy season. The house includes cleaning service throughout your stay and has breakfast and lunch available (not included). NOTE FOR REMOTE WORKING TRAVELERS: We know that in these times, many travelers are looking for a place to continue their work remotely. In Mazunte is common to have signal problems and is often saturated and/or completely lost (sometimes for the entire day), so we think it’s important to say that although the signal at the house usually works without a problem and that we will always do our best to make it work, it’s something that doesn’t depend on us so we can’t guarantee that the signal will be good during your stay.
