Our Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel is situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We're located just south of Nanaimo, right next to Yellow Point Lodge. Our fully equipped condo offers fantastic views of the Stuart Channel and 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen sized bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 balconies, and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and en-suite are on the second floor. Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. Amenities at the resort include a large ocean-side heated pool (open on or around May 15th to Sept 30th) and a Hot Tub heated and open year round. Our private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. There's a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space. Time can be spent beach combing, checking out the tidal pools and starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub. We are located at Inn of the Sea, 3600 Yellow Point Road, Nanaimo BC. Just 15 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith. BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away.
