Perfectly Located 3 BR Condo in Rincon, PR

Located in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico this spacious 1st floor condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is the perfect size for your family vacation. It is walking distance to the beach, bakery, supermarket, and downtown plaza. Freshly painted and tastefully furnished, this corner unit boasts a wrap around terrace with views of the pool. A short stroll along the canal brings you to the ocean with a sizable beach perfect for water sports and stunning sunsets. The space The master bedroom has a his and her closet and private bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bathroom has been newly updated. The second bedroom has a queen bed with shelving and room to hang your clothes, while the 3rd bedroom has a long closet the size of one wall. This condo has an AC unit located in every room. WIFI, TV and stackable washer and dryer are also available. Please note that the TV is WIFI only and you will need your streaming information to access. The kitchen features full sized appliances. The condo has a generator and water cistern. Outdoor showers are located behind the clubhouse. Please use them and not the pool to clean off sand from the beach. Guest access The guests will have access to all parts of the condo. There are 2 designated parking spots where you can park back to back. We ask that you do not utilize the closet straight across from the front door, in the hallway, as we use that to store supplies for cleaning and turning the condo over to new guests. The walk-in closet located in the 2nd bedroom is an owner’s closet as well and will be locked. Other things to note During an emergency there may be times that power and water may be off at off-peak times in order to maintain the machines and to conserve fuel. This would only occur if the generator needs to be on for more than 3 days. Towels and clothing are not allowed to be hung on the railings, as they peel the paint, as per our HOA rules.
