You do get your own sink inside your room, but the toilets and showers are down the hall and are shared with other hotel guests. There are two dedicated men's showers, two dedicated women's showers, and one unisex shower. The interior of the property has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but due to the historic nature of this hotel however, it is not possible to alter certain characteristics to fit modern specifications. By staying at this hotel, you acknowledge and accept that this hotel is not ADA compliant, does not have an elevator, etc., and that it has other historical features which may be different from modern buildings and/or hotels. *NOTE* Host is allergic to dogs and cats, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals if it is a cat or a dog. *NOTE* Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in. *NOTE* There is some new construction during normal business hours during the week. *Note* Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave!
