Inside, open design offers modern gourmet kitchen, dining and counter seating. The Space: - Single story easy to navigate, completely renovated and updated 3 bedroom unit with 1,200 square feet with open floor plan family room, dining and kitchen. (most units only have 2 bedrooms) -40 foot ocean view deck through three sets of sliding doors that open up to ocean breezes with views from Capitola to Monterey. The deck has comfy seating, BBQ grill and bar area. Cozy up for morning coffee, evening beverages and amazing sea life! -Comfortable family room with cozy gas fireplace, ocean views, 60" TV with digital Roku/Netflix TV opens to kitchen and dining. -Brand new kitchen features all the upscale amenities including modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, bake ware, stand mixer and organic spices. -We offer both a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender and separate quick hot tea pot. We include a nice selection of coffee, creamer, tea and hot chocolate along with to-go cups/sleeves to make your mornings easy if you want to head down to the water or out for a day of adventure. -Master Suite has King size bed with premium linens and towels, our guests have noted how restful and comfortable they are. Multiple closets, dresser and 50" Roku TV. The ensuite private bathroom with separate shower, toilet, great lighting and lots of storage. -The second master bedroom has a King bed, 40" Roku TV, closet and a full bathroom directly across the hall. We stock our bathrooms with luxury towels, organic shampoo/conditioner/soaps and as well as hairdryers and make up mirrors. -Third bedroom/bonus room off the kitchen, offers separate space to relax and spread out with another 40" digital Roku TV access with cards and board games provided. This room has a trundle bed with two single twin beds, closet and blackout shades. Most units do not have this third bedroom space which is nice for both couples traveling together or families with kids who might like a little space to themselves. -Guest rooms come with luggage holders, fans and we have an iron/ironing board in the front closet. -Shared pool has full ocean views, lounge chairs and tables. It's a great alternate space when you need a change of scenery from the beach. Heated Memorial Day - Labor Day and open year round. -Laundry: onsite coin operated washer/dryer right next to the pool. -Parking one private garage parking space for up to a medium size car. Large trucks and the like would need to access the free overnight street parking. -Beach amenities: stocked with boogie boards, a rolling cooler, beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. -Walk just down the hill to Venus Spirits Beachside, Pixie Deli, Tortilla Flats and a cute little market for snacks, drinks, craft cocktails and coffee. -Local Activities: 15 minutes to the the Santa Cruz boardwalk and local Santa Cruz Valley wineries. 45 minutes to Monterey, the famous Monterey Aquarium, Carmel-by the Sea and Pebble Beach. Golf: there is great local public access golf course one mile up the road at Seascape. RdM Lookout has all the thoughtful amenities for a dreamy beach retreat weekend, read our reviews and come home to stay with us! -19 mile Rio Del Mar Beach is very short walk (400 yards) right down the hill from our home. -Pool with ocean view. -One garage parking space included up to medium size cars (larger trucks will not fit); additional overnight, free parking available on the street. Beach chairs, boogie boards, big roller cooler, beach umbrella and sand toys stocked in the garage. -Coin operated washer/dryer on property next to pool. I do not live on property, there will be limited in person interaction with guests. However, I always available through the Airbnb App. There is keyless access for both front door and garage through a door code issued prior to check in. We are an official, licensed vacation rental through Santa Cruz County permit number: 171320. -Aptos is a charming beach town just south of Santa Cruz and Capitola. -Come relax and change your daily view with amazing sea life from our 40-foot deck with 180-degree ocean views. -Make your favorite meal in our gourmet kitchen, or don't cook at all and take a short walk down the hill to grab a coffee at the Pixie Deli or #1 award-winning craft cocktails and a snack at Venus Spirits Beachside. -Follow that with a walk on Rio Del Mar Beach - it stretches for 19 miles, home to the famous Cement Ship and Planks surf break. Perfect in the mornings with the sunrise and the fog or evenings to catch the sunset. Never crowded, our beach is family friendly and easy to spread out and enjoy. -We are about 400 yards to the beach, a small market and several cute restaurants Pixie Deli, Venus Spirits Beachside, Tortilla Flats for breakfast, drinks, coffee and lunch/dinner. -There is Uber in our area. Grocery stores include: Deluxe Market, Safeway, New Leaf, Trader Joes, Whole Foods. -We are 15 minutes from Santa Cruz Boardwalk, wineries and less than 10 minutes to Capitola. -We have free, overnight street parking in our area and our complex has a pool with an amazing ocean view when you need a change from the beach. We also have several coin washer/dryers. Our condo buildings each have about 15 units per building. We have a mix of full time owners and vacation rentals. There is potential for noise in common areas and the like.
