We you text, you speak directly with us - the owners and we care about our spaces at a high level and it shows in our return guests and reviews. -Remodeled 1,200 sq foot, condo with open floor plan + 40" foot outdoor deck with 180-degree ocean views from Capitola to Monterey from the deck, the main living and dining areas, kitchen, and third bedroom. -Guests have noted this home is stocked like an owner-unit, not a rental, and we take pride in that. -3 bedrooms + 2 full baths - highly rated for cleanliness we keep our space updated and clean! -Light and bright, with high-end furniture and modern, mid-century beach style. Open floor plan main floor with large family style Serena + Lily table/chairs, 80" TV, cozy gas fireplace and large sectional attached deck, and a kitchen you can cook and hang out with everyone in one space. -Chef's kitchen, with new stainless steel, gas appliances, fully stocked to cook from pots/pans, organic spices, Duvet toaster, Haden hot water pot, plenty of dishes, and serving dishes. -A stocked Keurig coffee station with an array of coffee, tea, honey sticks, and hot chocolate choices with to-go cups for sunrise or sunset walks on the beach. -Three full sets of sliding doors open to the patio/deck with lounge seating and a gas grill (by far the best spot in the house). -Luxury pillow top beds, Serena +Lily linens, fluffy fresh towels in each room. (I keep the make of our beds on hand because so many guests ask me how to re-create the bed at home). We are highly rated for a great night's sleep! - Master suite: king bed, spa-style bathroom, great lighting, plenty of closet space with closet organizer and storage and TV. A truly lovely oasis. -Second bedroom: king bed and large closet with closet organizer and TV. Second bathroom - directly across the hall for easy access. -Third bedroom: bunk bed, closet with closet organizer and TV. -Strong WIFI in all rooms, kitchen table also provides "work with an ocean view" workstations with extra plugs. -Thoughtful amenities: extra blankets, lots of kitchen extras, hairdryers, make-up mirrors, extra plugs for electronics, board games/puzzles. -Parking for (1) small/medium size car in a garage and additional free, overnight street parking for additional cars directly in front of the unit. -Garage Storage area: stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, pull cart to go down the beach. -Pool: open year round, heated Memorial Day through Labor Day. Charming Beach downtown 200 yards: -Venus Spirits + Beachside Restaurant - #1 in Santa Cruz County for craft drinks and food -Venus Pie + Coffee - right next door offers morning coffee, pastries, and pie -Pixie Deli - an Aptos tradition with plenty of seating, a walk-up window, serving breakfast and lunch, coffee, ice cream - amazing sandwiches, and salads. -Small well-stocked Liquor store - for any last-minute things you may have forgotten! - 19-mile beach, Cement Ship, Planks surf break - great to walk and relax in the beach area that doesn't often get overcrowded. -Local Activities: 15 minutes to the Santa Cruz boardwalk and local Santa Cruz Valley wineries, craft breweries + spirits. 45 minutes to Monterey, the famous Monterey Aquarium, Carmel by the Sea, and Pebble Beach. Golf: there is a great local public access golf course one mile up the road at Seascape. Cleanliness: -We thoroughly clean and sanitize our property after each stay and pride ourselves on our clean locations year-round. Guest access All condo parts are private including the entrance/exit. The only shared space is the pool if you choose to use it. Guest access -19 mile Rio Del Mar Beach is a very short walk (400 yards) right down the hill from our home. -Pool with ocean view open year round; heated Memorial Day through Labor Day. -One garage parking space includes up to medium size cars (larger trucks will not fit); additional overnight, free parking is available on the street. Beach chairs, boogie boards, a big roller cooler, a beach umbrella, and sand toys are stocked in the garage. -In Unit Laundry. Other things to note Our condo buildings each have about 15 units per building. We have a mix of full time owners and vacation rentals. There is potential for noise in common areas and the like.
