Country House near Helvetia Polo - Vacation/Weekend

Rustic country house, very charming and cozy. Located in Indaiatuba, Chácaras Alvorada neighborhood, near the Helvetia Polo Club and Sapezal Golf. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 suites and 1 bedroom with bathroom, living room, dining room, open kitchen, TV room, terrace, deck, gardens, swimming pool, barbecue area, garage, electronic gate. The house is spacious and one of the suites is external. The house is NOT in a Gated Community. Internet 250 MEGA Wi-Fi Pets upon request. The space The house is very nice and pleasant, with a lot of outdoor area and lots of greenery. (see photos). It is very close to S. Paulo, next to the Polo Fields and Golf Courses in the region, and the Helvetia Country and Helvetia Polo Condominiums. It is located in the Chácaras Alvorada neighborhood, which houses many country houses and farms and paved streets. The house has NET/CLARO Virtual 250 MEGA Internet and Wi-Fi Plus. The house is NOT in a Condominium and the property is NOT Rural. The neighborhood is well inhabited and our employee who takes care of the garden and pool lives in a part of the farm. And we have 3 dogs on the land next door. The house is well set back from the street (see photos) and the street is paved. Access to the house is private, through an Electronic Gate with remote control. The property is all surrounded by wire fence and also a hedge covering the wire fence. Covered garage for 2 cars, with more cars in the uncovered space. The price includes pool maintenance and garden cleaning during the stay. Indaiatuba's climate is quite pleasant, with sunny days most of the year. Indaiatuba is a city well monitored by the police. You can check the City Hall website, which talks about the city's safety. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire House, Pool, Barbecue Grill, Gardens, terraces and Garages. Access to the house is private, through an Electronic Gate with remote control. Other things to note We accept small and well-behaved pets upon request. The house accommodates up to a maximum of 6 people, including adults and children. Air conditioning only in the Double Suite. Ceiling fan in the Guest Suite and Living Room. The house does NOT have a fireplace. The house has 1 light blanket per bed. The whole house works well!! If you break something, please let us know to replace it (this includes everything in the house, including glasses and dishes). There is NO cable TV. We have Open Digital TV, with open TV channels: Globo, SBT, Record, etc... Through the HDMI cable you can connect your computer to the TV and thus watch NetFlix, Amazon Prime (if you are a subscriber). The voltage in Indaiatuba is 220. We can recommend a maid if you want to hire one during your stay. For longer stays (more than 10 days) we suggest hiring a maid once a week to clean the house. The swimming pool isn't heated. Parties are prohibited!!
