Large private king suite in Indian Land (Ft. Mill)

Large, private guest suite is 588 square feet with king size bed, love-seat, recliner, desk, chest of drawers, bookshelf, 3 side tables, TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, your own microwave & mini-fridge, private bath and walk-in closet. Kitchen privileges including laundry room off of kitchen. Walk to Anytime fitness, grocery store, restaurants and salon/spa. Home is in cul-de-sac of quaint neighborhood & entire 2nd floor is all yours. A blow-up mattress can be provided for additional guests. The space Home has a full basement with private entrance that I run an online business from. Plenty of spave and privacy. 2 women live here and prefer other woman renter and/or long-term (negotiable). Guest access Entire 2nd floor is your private suite. Kitchen on main floor. You will enter through main floor foyer, kitchen on the left and stairway leading upstairs to your suite just past the kitchen. During your stay I work from home and am available most days, but the house is 4500sf, so there is lots of privacy. Very large kitchen with laundry room and all the amenities you will need if you want to cook. Kitchen is shared with myself and one other female long-term renter. I do prefer to have female long-term renters since there are 2 women living here now. An extra fridge in the garage and basement allows plenty of space and a movie-theatre popcorn machine in kitchen as well! Other things to note Please park your vehicle on the left side of the driveway leaving room for my car to enter and exit the garage. There is room for 2 cars on the left - so first person parking should pull up close to driveway and 2nd person should keep car near the end of the fairly short driveway so each car can get in and out. Parking in cul-de-sac is fine during the day, but must be in the driveway after 1am. I provide a bin of toiletries in case you forgot something.
