The space Redwood Treehouse Retreat Discover your secluded haven in this enchanting redwood treehouse nestled in the serenity of Camp Meeker's lush greenery. Tucked away among majestic redwoods, this private escape ensures tranquil privacy for a rejuvenating experience. Indulge in the array of amenities, from the outdoor hot tub, firepit, and hammock beneath the trees to the indoor wood-burning fireplace, central heating and air conditioning, and king-size bed with views of the redwood forest through expansive windows. Inside, a well-equipped kitchen boasts an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, stainless steel cookware, and basic utensils. Coffee enthusiasts can choose between a Nespresso machine for a variety of coffee styles or a French press for up to 8 cups. Enjoy your drinks and meals in charming nooks like the coffee bar, dining table overlooking the patio, or on the patio itself, offering breathtaking views of the redwood forest. Whether you're here for cycling, hiking, exploring local restaurants and wineries, or simply savoring the proximity to Russian River towns and Sonoma County gems, return to recharge in the hot tub and hammock. The parking spot features a Juicebox charger suitable for all cars (Tesla owners, bring your own adaptor). For additional sleeping options, the couch transforms into a queen bed, with extra bedding conveniently stored in drawers under the bed and a storage bench. Embrace the immersive experience of sleeping surrounded by the redwood forest, as the cabin lacks blinds. For light sleepers, a sleeping mask is recommended. To ensure a worry-free stay, the bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash wipes, Q-Tips, cotton pads and a small hair dryer. Luxurious touches include a heated toilet seat, towel warming rack, and bidet. Your retreat in the redwoods awaits! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and will have self-check in. Check in details will be provided by a guidebook that will be sent ahead of arrival. Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 11am. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside of the house. A violation is grounds for termination of your booking. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening. Amplified music is prohibited outdoors at all times, in accordance with county law. QUIET HOURS: Sonoma County quiet hours are strictly enforced between 9 PM - 7 AM daily. After 9pm at night, please head back in the house. The outdoor lights are set up to automatically turn on and off by the 9pm restriction, so you can use those as your helpful guide as to when it's time to head back inside and also for your convenience, so you don't need to worry about turning them on or off. GETTING HERE: Please be aware that roads here in the redwood forest are steep, narrow, and curvy. It gets very dark at night under the trees. We highly recommend arriving during daylight hours if possible in your travel plans. Please proceed slowly and carefully. CLIMATE CONTROL: The treehouse is now equipped with an HVAC split to provide central heating and air conditioning year-round. You are also welcome to enjoy the historic wood stove. Fire starter cubes and a lighter are provided; please plan ahead and bring your own firewood and kindling. Helpful instructions are included in our house guide. Cozy blankets are also available. SECURITY: There is a security camera set up at the front entrance. SEPTIC SYSTEM: We are on a septic system, so please only use the toilet paper supplied and do not throw anything else down the toilet. Please also limit what goes down the garbage disposal. KITCHEN APPLIANCES: Please note that due to the treehouse's limited kitchen space, a microwave is not provided. Please also keep in mind while grocery shopping that while our mini refrigerator is larger than most and rather spacious, it does not have a separate full-sized freezer. A small freezer compartment is included, but will not hold larger items like frozen pizzas or full-sized ice cream cartridges. TOT Certificate No.: 4750
