Surf Sámara Treehouse 1

Unique, comfortable, wooden cabin - ideal for nature lovers, who still want to be in walking distance to two beaches and the town of Samara. The cabin is built on piles on a small hilltop. From the terrace you can spot wildlife and relax in the hammock. Take a swim in our newly built pool and cook your meals in the rancho with a fully equipped kitchen and space to enjoy and hang out. The space The little house has a comfortable bedroom and a private bathroom with hot water, AC, ceiling fan, surrounded by trees and nature. Also, there is a terrace with a table, chairs and a hammock from where you can spot wildlife. In your room you find a small fridge for drinks and snacks. There is a bottle of fresh water, which you can refill with our filtered tap water which is 100% drinkable. In the shared area there is a rancho, with tables and chairs and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for you to use (max. 6 people). The newly built pool is also part of the common area. 5-10 Minutes bike ride (1.6 KM) to town center/ beach (Samara/Buena Vista). You may use our beach bikes free upon a security deposit. Guest access On the same property you find two other treehouses and our house, there is space for max. 6 guests. The treehouse is private. You can use the garden and the rancho/kitchen/pool area together with the other guests. If you have a car, please drive around our property and enter the second wooden gate to park your car there (nearer to treehouse 1 and 2). Other things to note We are also a surf school/surf camp and would be very happy to teach you. Our three very nice dogs live on the property. Please close the gate properly, if they get out, they chase the sheep of our neighbor. Please don`t feed the dogs. The dogs sometimes may bark at night, please bring your earplugs. We are in Costa Rica, surrounded by trees and nature, so it can be that you see one or the other insect or wildlife inclusive snakes or spiders. The next supermarket and bakery are in a distance of 5 minutes bike ride. One kilometer from one of the best gallo pintos in Sámara, Soda la Perla in Cangrejal. In summer, the street is a bit noisy so be sure to take your earplugs with you if you have a light sleep. If you use the bikes, please be sure to leave them in sight and lock them up. They are likely to be stolen of left out of sight.
