Casa Música is an upstairs apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, living room, kitchen and balcony. The house is centrally located in Paramaribo south and is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of supermarkets, a hospital and bus stops. You can be in the city center in 10 minutes. If you have a car, there is free parking on the premises. The space The stone house dates from 1958 and was completely renovated in 2018, keeping the authentic exterior intact. On the airy balcony, it is wonderful to relax in the vintage rocking chairs with the northeastern wind blowing. The open kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee machine and is fully equipped with cutlery and tableware. All the bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are modern and have hot and cold water. Furthermore, you can enjoy tropical palms and flowers in the garden. Guest access You can use the washing machine, dryer, cabana with hammock, garage and garden. Other things to note A deposit of €200 must be paid at the time of booking (for any damage to the house/inventory, overconsumption of electricity/water). The basic daily rate is standard for 2 people. It is possible to extend to 6 people at an additional cost per person per day. For stays longer than 1 week, you must use the cleaning service (at least) once a week, where the house is cleaned and the bedding is changed. The cost for this is €35 per time. The standard cost for the final cleaning is €100. The checkout time is 11 a.m., a late checkout (1 p.m.) is possible in consultation at an additional cost of €30. Smoking and pets are not allowed Note: This is an upstairs apartment, and the downstairs apartment (1 double bed) can be rented in consultation. It may happen that the owner will stay there briefly on occasion. This will be communicated and coordinated in advance.
