The space The main attraction of the house is being inside the Atlantic Forest facing the sea! Access to the house is via Praia do Canto (main beach upon arrival in Vila Abraão). In the house, we have three suites that we rent separately. The Recanto da Praia suite is located on the second floor and has a cozy balcony to enjoy the tranquility of the place with a perfect table for two for breakfast, relax while admiring the view, read a good book or taste a wine overlooking the sea between the treetops. The suite has a minibar, wardrobe, 43-inch smart TV and safe for the convenience of our guests! The house has just been built, everything is brand new!!! Guest access Guests will have access to the house via a staircase. The Recanto da Praia suite is located on the second floor, on this floor there are the MAR DE LOPES 1 SUITES and the RECANTO DA PRAIA SUITE with a pantry (with sink, microwave, water purifier, coffee maker and utensils for the use of the pantry) all private for these two suites that can be rented separately, for a family or friends. All with private access!!! Other things to note The house is located in Praia do Canto, access to the house is by the beach, and it has a small trail with stairs of 3 minutes to the house. The house has a great combination of the Atlantic Forest and the sea: Waking up and seeing the surrounding nature and the sea view is ideal for resting and recharging!!!! Guests are asked to use the foot washer whenever they arrive from the beach. Excellent accommodation!!! Who do you want to party with tomorrow? Some important rules for hosting: Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room, subject to a fine of R$200.00. We are not responsible for power outages caused by interruptions in the service provider's supply, remembering that the place is difficult to access because it is an island, a tropical region, where there are no roads, only trails, so everything here is more difficult than on the mainland. However, we have just made an investment in a solar panel with photovoltaic batteries. In the event of a power outage by the electric utility company, the battery will support the light, refrigerator and minibar, TV, and fans, but not the air-conditioning, hot shower, microwave, and hairdryer. The battery life with conscientious use is up to 6 hours.
