This modern and comfortable, apartment is located minutes from the colonial heart of Antiguo Cuscatlan. The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment complex, no elevator. It has 3 ample bedrooms, with their own private complete bathroom each. Comes with a kitchen, washer-dryer, an eating area, TV in the main area with Netflix, a small sitting room with a beautiful view of San Salvador, and an extra sofa-bed for an extra guest. The space -Automatic entrance through main door of the complex and the main door to the apartment. -At the moment there is only Air Conditioning in the area with the kitchen and living room. -This area is very safe and comfortable, it has a very minimum noise pollution and a beautiful view of San Salvador. -The TV has Netflix. -The washer-dryer is located in the walking closet of the main bedroom, we provide the detergent and fabric softener. -Guests 5 to 7 come at an extra coast. -Parking for one car in installation, parking for second car on the street right outside the installation. Guest access The entrance is autonomous. Other things to note -Due to the current pandemic, we do NOT provide shampoo or soap. So you will have to bring your own or buy it at a grocery store. -Late check-ins, after 11pm and early check-ins, before 6am, please let me know, because we will have to let you in. If you do not give me this information it will be very difficult for you to get to the apartment. -We prohibit social gatherings and parties, by AirBnb policy.
