Cleaning and changing the water in the SPA during the stay carries an additional cost (only when requested) The space The house is located in a gated community, in a quiet area, ideal for vacation rentals. There is only one parking space available and included in the stay. Guest access The house is located 9 minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the city center. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you the house access password and all the necessary guidelines via message. Other things to note The property will be delivered clean, with beds made and bath towels available. The SPA will be delivered clean, full and with fresh, treated water. If necessary and requested during the stay, the costs for extra services are as follows: Cleaning of the entire house: R$ 200.00 Cleaning of the gourmet area only with water change, cleaning and maintenance of the SPA: R$ 120.00 Towel and bed linen change: R$ 50 for the Full/Queen Kit and R$ 20 for the Twin Kit
