The space -Bedroom with comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with dehumidifying feature -Clean and modern bathroom with on demand hot water pressured stall shower -Sitting room with Futon -Dining area with seating for 2 to 4 persons -Private shaded deck, perfect for morning coffee and a book -Equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster, coffeemaker, purified drinking water, cookware, tableware and flatware -Free WIFI in all rooms!!! - Sleeps 2 Adults + we can make up bed for small child. Guest access -PRIVATE APARTMENT WITH LOCKABLE DOORS -QUIET AND RELAXED SETTING -POOL WITH DECK AREA AND LOUNGE CHAIRS -PUBLIC OUTDOOR DINNING AREA WITH SHARED BBQ Other things to note -No cleaning fee, no list of chores before departure! -Rooms come with fresh bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Your room will be cleaned every 3 days and new towels provided. Bed linens changed once per week. -Free WIFI in all rooms -Safe areas for kids to play outside! -Gated parking available for free on site - Car is highly recommended. -We rent cars on property - inquire for details. -Quiet Hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for other guests, please keep noise level down. -We do have 2 cats who roam around and dogs who are in a gated area. -This is the Jungle - There will be bugs, spiders, iguanas plus various other wild animals.
