The apartment is located in the Bessa neighborhood (70 meters from the beach), close to restaurants: Bessa Grill, Minerin restaurant, Paraíba Grill etc; nearby bank branches, lotteries, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop, concert hall and easy access to BR 230. The apartment is newly built, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway, social bathroom, garage, portable fan and air-conditioning in the suite. Other things to note Due to the new coronavirus pandemic, the apartment is being cleaned as thoroughly as possible. In addition to cleaning towels, sheets, floors and the bathroom, the portable fan, door handles, light switches, etc. are also being cleaned. The day before the guest's arrival is being blocked for cleaning/sanitizing and to keep the apartment inaccessible for at least 24 hours until check-in.
