On the ground floor, the property has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a full bathroom and an air-conditioned bedroom, ideal to ensure your comfort at all times. The second floor offers five additional bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and three full bathrooms, providing space and privacy for all guests. The exterior of the house is a true oasis: it has a refreshing pool, a soccer field for sports lovers, and various fruit trees that you can explore. Also, enjoy private access to the Peñas Blancas River, perfect for outdoor adventures. This exclusive place is ideal for those looking for a safe and quiet retreat surrounded by nature. Please note that the climate here is hot, which contributes to the tropical charm of the surroundings, but it is also important to be prepared for the possible presence of mosquitoes or insects in general. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire house, ensuring an intimate and uninterrupted experience. Although we have a maintenance house located behind the main property, it does not affect guests' privacy. In addition, the property offers ample parking with capacity for 70 vehicles or more, making family activities easy.
