Rooftop access Lounge access (fee) Free coffee, sugar, etc. The space The unit is located inside of a much larger building (alley side). The apartment was completely remodeled in 2022. I lived in the unit for a year, until I purchased another property and moved. Guest access The guests can also access the rooftop by climbing a set of stairs. The lounge that is in the building can also be accessed by guests. There is an hourly fee for use unless it's for EARLY CHECKIN or LATE CHECKOUT. Other things to note The parking for this apartment is located in the adjacent hair salon unit.
