Relatively close to the Historic Center, easy access to bars, clubs, nightlife and the Jardineira (bus) stop that makes a tourist tour passing through the main attractions of the city. It has: - Split air-conditioning for heating and cooling. -TV with cable TV with multiple channels, including HD. -Microwave oven. - Electric oven with roaster. -Induction stove with 1 burner with stainless steel cookware. And an electric stove with two burners. -Stove cleaner and exhaust fan. - Fridge freezer. -Glasses, crystal and glass bowls, plates, cutlery, etc. -Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows. -Sandwich maker and electric coffee maker. -Blender. - Box-type double bed, standard size. -Extra single mattress on the floor, in case of a third person OR prior request. The parking space is in the complex itself, and is not included in the daily rate. Guest access The guest has free access to the building's equipped fitness center, dry and wet saunas, playroom and a terrace with a view of the city, however, the hours allowed in the condominium for use must be respected. The heated pool, Jacuzzi and sauna will be available, but a PHYSICAL medical certificate must be presented and left at the reception to use them. Full laundry in the building. If you need it, let me know and I'll authorize it at the reception, and there is a cost for using each machine. The Jacuzzi is NOT PRIVATE. It belongs to the condominium. Covered and private underground parking space. The space is not huge! Very large cars do not fit!!!! Other things to note PLEASE, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. I'm allergic and have trouble breathing with the smell of cigarettes. I ask for your care with the Studio. It was made with great affection ❤
