2 Bedroom by the Sea

Condo is perfectly located by 5ta Avenida(5th Avenue) one block from the Caribbean Sea yet just outside the hustle and bustle of the touristic area, on the North Side of Playa del Carmen. There are 2 bikes(each with its own basket) available for you to use. What many of our guests find they love about the apartment is the spacious feel once inside, each of the bedrooms with its own ensuite and balcony. There is also a large balcony outside the living area facing the front of the building and the pathway to the beach. Another favourite is the 2 level rooftop that makes the 3 level climb well worth the challenge for those that are up to it. Here you have access to a grill and dining area on the 1st level and the sea view swimming pool with lounge chairs on the top level. The 3 piece washroom here adds an extra level of comfort to your vacation. The beach here is quiet and once you pass the Paradisus Hotel you are heading towards an open cenote at what we call Punta Esmeralda. Many of the locals come here to enjoy family time on Sundays, otherwise it s quite quiet here as well.
