Cozy room in unique artsy apartment
Description
This cozy bedroom features a deliciously comfortable queen-sized bed but is rather small; ideal for someone who wants a cozy place to sleep while exploring the city. Couples are welcome. Our apartment is artsy and cute, few steps to express trains. The space Our apartment is very artsy. My artwork is everywhere on the living room walls and also in my room. We keep the apartment clean - the New York life can be straining and we enjoy coming home to a clean space. The room is very quiet. The noise from the street is almost non-existing. I've worked to make this small, tiny New York bedroom as comfortable as possible. However this is not really luxurious - the room is small. You'll share the apartment with two hard-working women. The bathroom is also shared. We'll make sure to provide you with clean towels, sheets, and shampoo/soap. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom. Everything in the apartment is shared except for the bedrooms. We ask for you to respect all the common areas - if you use something, please make sure that you clean after yourself. Also, please be mindful of our neighbors and also of the roommates at night. The room is isolated from the rest of the apartment, so moderate noise inside the room is okay at night, but the common areas are close to the other bedrooms, so please do not bring the party home. During your stay I will not be present during your stay, but I will be available through email and instant messaging to help you through any issues you might encounter or any questions that could arise. My roommate Nimuoy will be there and you will be able to call her if you have any questions, too. We are friendly in general, although busy, so if you want to ask anything, feel free :) Other things to note One of our roommates is a singer-songwriter; you might hear her soft singing sometimes during the day :)
