The 1st floor of the residence is located, being an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 8 people and a studio for 4 people (with independent rentals). A common area has a gourmet barbecue area with kitchen (with rules for use) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the house there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside.
