PRIVATE POOL A well-equipped and spacious colonial design villa, semi-detached in style (not a condo!), 2300 sq ft, light and airy. The villa sleeps 8 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all en suite. There are living and dining areas inside and outside on the terraces. Rooms have ceiling fans. The private splash pool sits between the two terraces, a good area for those evening cocktails after a day on the beach. The space Villa is non-smoking inside. The well-equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining area lead onto a covered terrace where breath-taking sunsets and outdoor dining can be enjoyed. All bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and hair-dryers. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are upstairs and have Juliet balconies. Bedroom 3 downstairs, is the terrace bedroom. Other things to note There is an ATM, restaurants and fast food outlets and a mini-mart nearby at Triangle Square. Golf: Mount Irvine Golf Course a 5 minute drive from the villa on the Caribbean side of the island. Used in former years for Pro-Ams, it is an interesting and challenging course, with stunning views over Grange Bay and over to Buccoo Reef. Clubs, trolleys, carts and caddies available for hire. Tobago Plantations Golf Course is a 15 minute drive from the villa on the Atlantic side of the island. Equipment available for hire, carts only. American in design, the carry to the fairway is suited to long hitters, and the wind must be taken into account at all times! 15 minutes drive away from the airport and ferry port, 5 to 10 minutes away from four sandy beaches and within easy reach of restaurants, fast food,ATM, fruit and fish vendors.
