ROOM in a Well-Located House #3

Private room with single bed (3 drawers in base), ceiling fan, hooks for hanging clothes, window with mosquito net and blackout curtains, desk and chair, closet with shelves and full bathroom outside the room. Full kitchen, living-dining room, patio with laundry. Coffee, tea, natural water and light snacks available. Parking in the visitor area available. The space House on a closed street, with controlled access, ventilated, with mosquito nets and very bright. Private, quiet and safe area. Well located and functional for people who are usually at home for a short time or come to visit the city. Guest access Each guest has their own room and private bathroom. They only share the common areas on the ground floor; living room, dining room, kitchen, patio. During your stay I live 20 km from the house but I am available in case of emergency or other eventuality that requires me. I personally welcome and bid farewell to each guest. You can also contact me by phone and messages. There is usually only one guest and/or me in the house. Other things to note The street is governed by a condominium regulation so respect for the basic rules of coexistence is requested; park correctly in the visitor's area, do not litter, keep the noise volume low and no later than 10:00 PM. This also helps show respect for the other guest(s).
